Registration and Payment:

Registration by mail is now open.  You can download the registration form here.

All entries must be postmarked by Apr 24th, 2009.  No telephone, fax or email entries will be accepted.  Entries by mail must include full payment by cheque.  If you have entered a doubles division and have indicated a partner, your entry will not be entered into the doubles draw until both entries are received.  Late entries by mail will be considered as space allows.

All fees accompanying entries by mail must be paid in Canadian or U.S. Dollars.  We will accept personal cheques or money orders from outside of Canada.  No postdated cheques will be accepted.

A US$7 online processing fee is included in the online entry fee. 

Refunds

Full refunds (not including on-line processing fee) will be given to players who withdraw before the draw is made.  No refunds will be issued after that time.  All cheques returned for non-sufficient funds will be considered nonpayment of the entry fee and will result in additional charges of $25.00.  A place in the draw will not be held for any entry without proper fees, but players may re-enter at the time payment is made if space is available.
